And don't forget to check out the public library this summer! Fort Bend County Libraries Registration for the 2011 Texas Summer Reading Club (SRC) begins on May 31 and will continue through July 30, at all Fort Bend County Libraries (FBCL) locations. Infants through adults are invited to come to the library to read a lot of great books, see some exciting programs and join in some fun activities(children and teen only), and receive age-appropriate prizes to kick off a great summer! Participants may register at any Fort Bend County library, or they may register online by going to the FBCL website - http://www.fortbend.lib.tx.us. The SRC is free and open to all regardless of the county of residence. Harris County Libraries It's Summer Reading Program time again and we've got free family fun for everyone! Starting May 31st, registration begins for all three programs -- for children, teens and adults. Register at www.hcpl.net to track your progress online and visit your local library branch for exciting summer performances and activities! Of course, if you want to have your fun in the sun, you can always read a book by the pool or at the park! If you earn a trophy from either public library, we will celebrate you on announcements when we return to school in August!! So keep reading!!!!! :) Mrs. Davis
